Case Review Consultation

Service Description

Case Review Consultation is a 75-minute in-person or remote consultation (via video conference appointment). Prior to the consultation, the ZNutrition Specialist will review your paperwork, medical history, assessment forms and relevant prior lab work. Then they will create a Report of Findings, which is broken into three parts: 1. Summary of the underlying patterns that are contributing to your symptoms. 2. An outline of the suggested treatment plan, including dietary, herb and lifestyle recommendations. 3. Recommendations for further labs: Vitamin and Mineral Imbalance test Metal and Mineral Imbalance test Food Intolerance test Health and Wellness Test (includes all three including environmental Intolerances) If labs are recommended, hair sample test kits are available to purchase from ZNutrition. ZNutrition recommends all clients verify if their health insurance will cover the recommended labs from an outside source. A fee of $40.00 will be charged to review and assess all lad work from outside sources. If labs are purchased through ZNutrition the price will already be adjusted in the purchase price. During this consultation, a ZNutrition specialist will present the Report of Findings and recommend a treatment plan. ZNutrition will also discuss starting a 90-day reset of the body and answering any questions you have about the findings or the treatment plan.
